Smart and innovative trends in next-generation computing technologies are revolutionizing the way we interact with and utilize technology in our daily lives. These trends encompass various aspects of computing, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Edge Computing, Quantum Computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Immersive Technologies. They offer new opportunities for efficiency, productivity, and creativity, while also presenting challenges in terms of privacy, security, and ethical considerations.

In this backdrop, the Faculty of Computing, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka is pleased to announce that the 04 international Conference on Advanced Research in Computing - ICARC 2024 will be held on 21 and 24 February 2024 under the theme . The conference features keynote and plenary speeches from eminent scholars and industry experts, oral presentations, pre-conference workshops and tutorials to provide ample opportunities for discussion and knowledge dissemination under a wide range of computing disciplines. ICARC 2024, now in its third consecutive year with IEEE Technical Co-sponsorship, showcases high-caliber research and innovation. The accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
